Monday- 30 min on your own

Tuesday - 30 min on your own

Wed- 30 min on your own

Thursday- Cross train 30 to 40 min Bike, swim, hike

Friday- 30 min on your own

Saturday- 35 min

Sunday- rest

June 12th-18th

Monday - 40min  Jeremy ranch road meet at Skyline to car pool workout starts at 7:15

Tuesday- 30 min on your own

Wednesday- 35 min meet Skyline track 7am

Thurdsday - cross train, bike, swim, hike

Friday- 35 min meet st Skyline track 7am

Sat- 35 min on your own
